Our 13 oz. classic rib eye cut from USDA Choice or higher corn fed angus beef.  Well marbled to provide great flavor. Add sauteed mushrooms or garlic butter $2.

8 oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon – $36
Prime angus beef. Our most tender cut!  Smokey Bleu cheese topping $3

Prime Sirloin 100z – $26
Baseball cut USDA prime angus corn fed beef.  This steak is our local favorite!

Smoked Pork Chop – $22
Maple sugar cured and topped with sweet corn butter.  So juicy and tender!

Dry Aged New York Strip 14oz – $47
Our signature steak!  Dry-aged beef is described to have a more robust and intense beefy flavor because of the reduction of moisture in combination with the breakdown of fat and muscle.  The longer the beef is dry-aged the more tender and bold the flavor will be.

Fried Chicken and Waffles – $15
4 pc fried chicken served with Belgian waffles and maple syrup.  May sub a side for the waffles if you are not brave enough for this southern classic.
